((Get ready...)) Sudenly, a HUGE swirlling hole of darkness opened in the roof, spat out a grey figure, and disipeared. Laying motionless on the floor, the figure took a deep breath... and open his blue eyes. Sitting up, the the boy (for you could tell it was a boy) looked around, saw Jeannie, and jumped."Where is your pelt? Has something happened to it," asked the boy.

Jeannie laughed hysterically, "I don't have a pelt! I'm a human!" She managed to gasp between fits of laughter. Izzy chuckled quietly, then tried to hide the fact that she was laughing.

"Human," Bandit asked weakly. "What is a human?" Noticing Shade, he also asked, "And why is this one red?"

"A human is...um....like me." Jeannie said. "And Shade is a demon."

Shade leapt protectively in front of Jeannie. He knew that Izzy could protect herself. "I am a Fire Demon," he said meancingly, a frown on his face and his fangs bared. He summoned a ball of raging flames into one crimson palm. "Tell me your business, or get out."

"Shade? Fire Demon?" All this new information was too much for the boy, and he had to put his head between his knees for a second. When the vertigo passed, the anthro stood up and looked across the room."I have no bussness here, much less any idea where I am. And the Fire Palm hasn't scared me since I was six." Holding up his hand, Bandit put some powder into his hand and snaped his fingers. As soon as the sound had stopped echoing in the room, a bright blue fire popped into his hand. "However, I would like to know how you get it to glow red."

Jeannie squealed and hugged the anthro. "Aw! Your so cute! Can I keep you?" She cooed.

Ooc:// It wont let you put c o c k e d it thinks you mean it rudely. xD Bic:// Shade hissed through his pearly white fangs at the anthro. "I can do it without fooling about with powder," he yelled, setting a pile of his books on fire. "And I'll do it to you if your not careful!" The hotheaded demon strode up to Jeannie and took her in his arms, holding her against his chest. "Keep away from him, Jeannie, he might hurt you," he warned the little girl.

"Aw...but I wanted to keep him." Jeannie said dissapointedly, jumping up so Shade was carrying her. Izzy laughed quietly.

Bandit remained silent, knowing that only the little one could convince Shade to trust him.

"You can't," he replied, more gently. "He'd eat all our food if he isn't an assasin. I'm not being deliberately over-cautious, Jeannie, I'm worried aboyt you." The Fire Demon glared at andit, teeth still bared.

"Oh...ok..." Jeannie sighed. "But you won't hurt him will you? Cuz he's fluffy." She looked up at Shade with big eyes.

Shade sighed and put Jeannie down near Izzy. "I won't hurt him if he doesn't hurt us," he replied stubbornly.

"I have no reason to hurt any of you," Bandit replied. "Besides, I barely know any of you, I like the small one, I know the woman could match me, and that you can set me on fire," Bandit finished. "Even if I was sent to kill any of you, I would probly die trying to do so. All in all, you have nothing to fear of me." Taking a loaf of bread out of his pouch, Bandit said to Shade, "And on the matter of food, this single loaf will last me for four months. The only thing I would need of you is water." Looking outside, Bandit saw the weather. "And it looks like I wont even need that soon."

"Aye. But it'll produce water, and I have jars for keeping the water fresh." Bandit went through his pack again, and pulled out three clear glass jars with cork stoppers. Looking at the liquid glass water inside each jar, Bandit looked at Jeannie and asked, "Want to know what Werrien water tastes like?"
